Pre Prep - Curriculum

The curriculum for the younger children emphasises the importance of creativity and our balanced curriculum offers a degree of flexibility, which allows us to respond to each child's unique talents and needs.

Every child receives a thorough grounding in all National Curriculum core subjects: Numeracy, Science and Literacy.  Other subjects include History, Geography, Design and Technology, Art, Religious Studies and PSHE.  The children use computer and audio-visual aids to enhance the learning process.

All children have class Music with opportunities for individual and group music lessons in piano, trumpet and violin.

Importance is placed on the development of physical fitness and motor control.  A wide range of activities is therefore offered, including Gymnastics, team games, movement and dance, art and craft club, choir and mini tennis.
