Our Toddler Rooms

We have fun playing in the fantastic loft conversion of the Nursery! 

The spacious rooms lend themselves to the numerous activities on offer from story time, to art and craft, to physical play.

We have two playrooms, generous in floor space, and therefore we are able to accommodate up to fifteen children aged eighteen months to two years.

We have a vast amount of toys and equipment, and a well-planned day to ensure the children in our care have opportunity to play and learn in all areas, following the guidelines of the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Children have allocated cots or junior beds, where they are able to rest and sleep. 

We also have access to a secure courtyard with outdoor toys, ride-on toys, bats and balls, and a playhouse for role play.  However, we are situated in acres of parks and woodlands, and Butterfly children are infamous for going out in all weathers - wellies and all-in-waterproofs are a must at St. Michaels!
